Your hotel room is your home away from home. Read on for more information on what we’re doing to keep you safe and healthy.
Online Check In Form: 48hrs prior to your arrival (Day before and same day bookings receive the online form the day of arrival) you will receive an email with your online check in form and arrival instructions. This allows the guest to complete the necessary check in paperwork online before arrival rather than at the Front Desk.
Pool & Spa availability is first come first serve from 8:30am to 9:00pm daily.
On your Online Check In Form you will have the option to purchase the following to be placed in your room prior to your arrival:
- A Breakfast Basket for 2 people ($20) or 4 people ($40). Basket includes: Bagels w/ cream cheese, granola, organic milk, orange juice, breakfast bars, tangerines, hard boiled eggs, mini cheese & butter.
- Welcome Package with a bottle of Ojai Vineyard Red or White Wine, 2 Etched Souvenir Iguana Glasses & A box of Signature Iguana Truffle Chocolates ($75)
Office Hours: We have someone available on our main office phone line from 8am-9pm daily. Office/Lobby hours differ by property, contact us directly for our lobby hours.
Daily Housekeeping Service and additional amenities are provided by request. Please let us know if you'd like housekeeping service before 11am on the day of service. Please request additional amenities before 6pm. You must step out or be away while housekeepers are servicing the room.
