Your hotel room is your home away from home and we realize that having a sanitized room is a crucial way to help protect you from COVID-19. We operate following industry standards put forth by State of California, Ventura County, California Lodging Association, OSHA and CDC.

Online Check In Form: 48hrs prior to your arrival (Day before and same day bookings receive the online form the day of arrival) you will receive an email with your online check in form and arrival instructions. This allows the guest to complete the necessary check in paperwork online before arrival rather than at the Front Desk.
Pool & Spa Use by Reservation Only: Our Pool is open with specific restrictions in place. Once you've made your Room Reservations, please call us directly to book your time slot - availability is first come first serve.

Office Hours: We have someone available on our main office phone line from 9am-7:30pm daily. Office/Lobby hours differ by property, contact us directly for our lobby hours.
Housekeeping Service and additional amenities are provided by request only. Let us know if you'd like housekeeping service before 11am on the day of service. Please request additional amenities before 5pm. You must step out or be away while housekeepers are servicing the room.
Face Coverings are required at both the Blue & Emerald Iguana Inns. Please come prepared with a face covering, we also have them for sale upon request. Please wear your covering while outside of the room and in the common area of our grounds.
If you are sick or exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, please stay home and contact your health care provider. We will work with you to reschedule your visit with you when you are well.
