Your hotel room is your home away from home and we realize that having a sanitized room is a crucial way to help protect you from COVID-19. We operate following industry standards put forth by State of California, Ventura CountyCalifornia Lodging AssociationOSHA and CDC

Read on for more information on what we’re doing to keep you safe and healthy.

Online Check In Form:
48hrs prior to your arrival (Day before and same day bookings receive the online form the day of arrival) you will receive an email with your online check in form and arrival instructions. This allows the guest to complete the necessary check in paperwork online before arrival rather than at the Front Desk. 


Pool & Spa availability is first come first serve. 


Amenities: For your health & safety, we have changed our in-room amenity offerings: 

Complimentary Items Include: 

  • One full set of towels per registered guest. 
  • Eco-Friendly Single Use Bathroom Toiletries Soaps, Shampoo, Conditioner and Lotion
  • Mr. Coffee Maker and 2 Coffee Filters *Coffee not included*
Complimentary Coffee, Tea and condiments are available for pick up in the hotel lobby to take back to your room. Please let us know if you'd like us to place complimentary coffee in your room prior to your arrival.

The following are in the room for purchase: 

  • Specialty Coffee "Gift Pack" wrapped in a Souvenir Mug - $16.00
  • 2 Large Water Bottles - $6 each 
  • Basket of Snacks - $6 each 

On your Online Check In Form you'll have the option to purchase the following to be placed in your room prior to your arrival: 

  • A Breakfast Basket for 2 people ($15) or 4 people ($30)
  • Welcome Package with a bottle of Ojai Vineyard Red or White Wine, 2 Etched Souvenir Iguana Glasses & A box of Signature Iguana Chocolates ($75)

Office Hours:
 We have someone available on our main office phone line from 8:30am-8:30pm daily. Office/Lobby hours differ by property, contact us directly for our lobby hours.


Housekeeping Service and additional amenities are provided by request only. Let us know if you'd like housekeeping service before 11am on the day of service. Please request additional amenities before 5pm. You must step out or be away while housekeepers are servicing the room. 



MASK REQUIREMENTS: All guests may enjoy the outdoor common areas without a mask. Fully Vaccinated guests may enter the Front Office/Indoor areas without a mask. Unvaccinated guests must wear a mask inside the Front Office/Indoor Areas. We are not required to verify vaccination status. 

As of June 17th, All of our staff is permitted to go without a mask outdoors. Staff with verified vaccination status are permitted to forgo a mask while on duty. For your safety and comfort, all staff will continue to wear a mask if we are required to enter your room while you are present

If you are sick or exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath, please stay home and contact your health care provider. We will work with you to reschedule your visit with you when you are well.
